If you think your organization may be a good fit for the AWP Community Integration program, contact us
You will be asked to write a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) describing your program and why you believe it could benefit by aligning with AWP Community Integration. On review, AWP Community Integration may elect to extend our Request For Proposals (RFP). Your response to this RFP will determine if you receive an award and its size.
Community Integration presented by AWP in collaboration with Wounded Warrior Project®
America’s Warrior Partnership has created a replicable model for the delivery of services to Warriors. In the Aiken, SC, and Augusta, GA, Charleston SC, and the Florida Panhandle communities, this has resulted in very low veteran homelessness, success for veterans with employment, greater access to benefits and higher use of the G.I. Bill for education. Community integration is a collaborative effort between Wounded Warrior Project, America’s Warrior Partnership, and community groups to collectively help warriors successfully transition and establish a cornerstone of support in their communities.
